Clean Eating


This is what a clean eating shopping cart looks like. What is clean eating?

Clean eating is choosing organic whenever possible; Clean eating is avoiding processed and refined foods; Clean eating is learning how to shop with a conscience; Clean eating is my new journey to a healthy lifestyle. I started Monday. Now come Thursday I am feeling good. I have been following a two week “diet” found in clean eating magazine. When I was out last night with friends I stuck to the lifestyle. My husband is pursuing this lifestyle too. (Well, he sort of has too as I do the food shopping) but, he likes it. It’s been 4 days and without processed foods I feel healthier. I have more energy. So does my husband. So here is to clean eating!! Cheers! Hazah! While I may not follow it strictly, I plan on making it a big part of my life.
